When I was out of town I came across a potato chip book that was on clearance, but didn't buy it. I was excited to see this book, which looked exactly like the one I saw in Seattle. To my surprise, this was a book.....and I use that term loosely that appears to be a copy of another book. In fact, I think I could have made the same book by printing off pages from my computer. This is not a book...... What a joke! I am kicking myself for not buying the book that I really wanted. Buyer beware! This is more like a pamphlet. Sending the pamphlet back.Product details

Just What I Wanted!
great way to break out of dull potato chips
There are some good recipes here that I plan on trying out in the near future I might even keep some for my own use
Who does not like potato chips, but mostly who can turn down homemade potato chips. I have had more compliments from these tried and true recipes. Everybody is impressed and they taste so good. Better for you too. There are about 30 recipes in this book that will sure to be a hit at any gathering. So spud in and give it a try. Yum!
The joy of making your own chips. My favorites were sriracha, coconut oil, soy sauce, pumpkin spice and Apple cider. These ebook recipes used sweet potatoes, red and white potatoes. These chips add a special wow factor to the family meal or cookout. I haven't shared the sweet potato ones with the family yet because they would have them polished off before I sit down to the table. I enjoy them quietly as a special treat for myself.
So far so delicious. I have tried a few of the recipes and no complaints. They and I highly recommend using a mandolin to get the potatoes uniformly thin. Most of the ingredients I keep on hand and have not gone out to get anything I may never use again. By making my chips at home I am in control of what my family is snaking on. Extra work but worth it.
